  2. Appreciate treatment and adherence issues pertinent to optimal adolescent HIV care.
  3. Understand developmental and psychological challenges encountered in youth.
  4. Improve case finding and treatment of HIV and other STIs in youth.

About the Presenter: Top of page

Donna Futterman has headed the Adolescent AIDS Program at Montefiore Medical Center for the past 20 years. As a Professor of Clinical Pediatrics, she has obtained research and clinical grants and generating research papers and publications which have promoted the top standards of care for youth, and is a national and international leader in the development of innovative campaigns and materials to promote testing and linkage to care for adolescents.
